Navi Lounge is the perfect setting for locals to drop in and take a seat at the bar or on our banquette to enjoy uniquely crafted cocktails and bar snacks starting from 5:30pm.

A limited number of seats can be reserved for those who like to plan ahead. However, if it’s booked out online, there will still be plenty of availability to drop in. Please note the restaurant tasting menu will not be available in the lounge area.

Exclusive to the lounge is a unique cocktail flight and matching snacks, which you can select when booking. See the link for details.

It’s also a space to relax with a cocktail before dining next door or to finish the Navi experience with a nightcap.

WINTER WARMERS SERIES: MAY
NAVI LOUNGE X REPUBLIC OF FREMANTLE

New to Navi is our Winter Warmer events at Navi Lounge - a series of collaborative events with boutique drinks producers across the cooler months. 

EXCLUSIVE permission martini

Over May, the lounge will offer an exclusive cocktail crafted by our Bar Manager, Miriam, using the craft distillery's Full-Bodied Gin. The Martini consists of sweet persimmon vermouth, bush lemon juice and daikon brine. 

MINI MARTINI EXPERIENCE WITH PAIRED SNACKS

The lounge will also offer a bespoke mini martini experience on Wednesday and Thursday nights. There will be a dry, dirty martini - made with the distillery's Full-Bodied Gin, dill oil and daikon brine - a light and floral martini - made with the Aromatic Gin, Melbourne Sake, pickled rose and miso - and a citrusy vodka martini - made with the Signature Vodka and a greens strawberry and winter citrus-infused vermouth.

Each mini martini comes with a paired snack prepared by the Navi Kitchen for just $25 per pairing.

The new lounge area provides a more extensive beverage selection for both the lounge and restaurant. Chef Julian Hills and his kitchen work closely with our talented bar team to ensure a complimentary menu and beverage offering. The lounge is a relaxed space for locals to drop in for a cocktail and experience a taste of Navi without the fine dining degustation.

The lounge continues to reflect Navi's original meaning, local. Regional produce, neighbourhood fruits, and native ingredients are featured in the house-designed cocktails, ferments, and brews - as well as in the elevated bar snacks.

Depending on the season, you might get salt-and-vinegar fish skins or ducklava with tamarillo. However, our signature savoury black-garlic macarons and house-made sourdough make appearances throughout the year.
